Oh my...can you believe it's already the middle of September! We are beginning to feel the cooler air, see the changing colors and smell the change in seasons here in Minnesota. It's really one of my favorite times of year. Depending on where you live this is a bit different for every one.
If you are here in the US and living on the west coast, you are in my thoughts and prayers. My sister and family are in southern Oregon and they have been living through an evacuation and now back home the constant smoke and horrible air quality. They were fortunate to be safe and their home safe too. Please be safe and we are all hoping and praying for rain relief to arrive soon.

Whisper.
Today is the day to release a simple, elegant shawl. Designed in 3 sizes to fit a variety of styles. Whisper is a crescent shaped shawl knit in garter stitch with yarn over breaks in a contrast color. This shawl uses sport/dk weight yarn and is finished with a leafy lace motif in a knit-on edge. I love a crescent shawl as its shape lends itself to be light and flowy while easy to wrap around your shoulders or neck. When Malabrigo Yarn introduced Susurro last year, I kept eyeing these two colors at my LYS. They eventually made it home to me and the result is Whisper. Susurro is made up of 50% Mulberry Silk, 25% Linen, and 25% Merino Wool. The samples were knit in colorways Plomo and Sabiduria.
